Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking to acquire Exclusive Use (EU) Helicopter Flight Services for the Everglades, Biscayne, and Dry Tortugas National Parks, as well as the Big Cypress National Preserve. The goal of this contract is to support government natural resource missions, including search and rescue operations, fire suppression, fire monitoring, personnel transport, law enforcement activities, and other administrative tasks. The contractor will provide a helicopter along with necessary personnel and equipment to fulfill these missions effectively.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide fully operated and maintained helicopter flight services that include:
- Transporting personnel and cargo in support of government missions.
- Providing a helicopter that is subject to exclusive use 24/7 during the contract period.
- Ensuring cooperation between contractor personnel and NPS staff for mission success.
- Compliance with FAA regulations and maintaining all necessary certifications for aircraft operation.
- Conducting various operations such as search and rescue, fire suppression, law enforcement surveillance, and other resource management activities.
- Maintaining aircraft in good repair and ensuring all equipment meets safety standards.
- Providing trained pilots and ground crew who meet specified qualifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the geographic areas of Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, Dry Tortugas National Park, and Big Cypress National Preserve.
