Description

The Naval AIr Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275), awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee delivery order to Bell Boeing JPO on a sole source basis for the V-22 Osprey Drive System Safety and Health Information (ODSSHI) system NRE and initial kits and spares, in accordance with statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
