Description

Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) is requesting quotes for utility service and transformer maintenance at the Olinda Substation located in Cottonwood, CA. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and SCLS Wage Determination. Offerors must provide pricing in the attached Pricing Schedule. Any questions must be submitted no later than 24 August 2020 at 2:00 EST. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
