Description

This is a Preventive Maintenance (PM) requiement to provide and implement a comprehensive program for the maintenance, repairs, service, testing, inspection and certification of the Sanitary, Storm, and Potable Water systems, as well as the Exhaust Cleaning on the Pentagon Reservation.

Background
The Pentagon Building Management Office is seeking to implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the Sanitary, Storm, and Potable Water systems, as well as Exhaust Cleaning on the Pentagon Reservation.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, service, testing, inspection, and certification of the specified systems.

The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) outlines systematic evaluation methods for the work performed by contractors. It includes monitoring processes, roles and responsibilities of the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Quality Assurance Inspector.
