Description

One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. In accordance with the Foreign Service Buildings Act of 1926, as amended, competition is limited to eligible firms as defined by that statute.

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea, is seeking proposals for a contract related to the Utilities Replacement at GSO Annex and Housing. Work Details
The project involves comprehensive design and construction services at two Embassy-controlled sites: the GSO Annex (approximately 3.32 hectares) and the Embassy Housing compounds (22.83 hectares), both located on U.S. Army Garrison–Yongsan property in Yongsan-gu District, Seoul.

The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project including design, construction services, contract coordination, supervision, management of labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to fulfill project requirements. All required construction services must be performed to complete the project.

The contract is expected to be awarded in the third quarter of 2025.
