Utilities Privatization - Privatization of the Electric Utility System at Naval Support Facility Indian Head, MD   4

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the privatization of the Electric Utility System at Naval Support Facility Indian Head, Maryland. The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electric utility services at the facility, aligning with the agency's mission to provide logistics support to the military and other government entities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1) Privatization of the Electric Distribution Utility System at Naval Support Facility Indian Head, MD.

2) The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation prior to submission.

3) The contractor may be required to submit data that could be reviewed by nongovernment advisors for analysis regarding proposal strengths and weaknesses.

4) The following nongovernment advisors may review proposals: ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc., C.H. Guernsey & Company, Jacobs Engineering Group, Booz Allen Hamilton, and LR3 Solutions. These advisors are prohibited from assisting in proposal preparation.
