UTES 2 BAY Addition: Pre-Engineered Metal Building with 30 Ton Crane   5

Background
The U.S. Army National Guard (OHARNG) has issued IFB W91364-23-B-0002 for Project No. 390321 to construct an approximately 6,480 square foot addition with two drive-through work bays to the existing Unit Training Equipment Site (UTES) vehicle maintenance facility at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center (CJAG) in Ravenna, Ohio.
The addition will be a pre-engineered metal building with metal exterior roof and wall panels to match the existing facility.

The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms and is most advantageous to the Government based on price.

Options:
- 0002 Option 1: Upgrade existing bay vehicle exhaust. See mechanical drawings.
- 0003 Option 2: Electrical Service Upgrade - Provide and install wiring, panels, and outlets as shown on drawings (Division 26).
- 0004 Option 3: Additional Lightning Protection - Provide and install lightning protection system for existing buildings (electrical drawings).
- 0005 Option 4: Ceiling Mounted Circulation Fans - Provide and install ceiling mounted fans in locations shown (mechanical drawings/specifications).
- 0006 Option 5: Floor Utility Trenches - Provide and install eight floor utility trenches at locations indicated (architectural drawings).
- 0007 Option 6: Plumbing Fixtures/Upgrades - Provide and install a semi-circular wall-mounted wash basin and water cooler with bottle filling (plumbing drawings/specs).
- 0008 Option 7: Bridge Crane - Provide and install a 30-ton capacity bridge crane at designated crane beam support (structural drawings, specification 412213.13).
- 0009 Option 8: Trench Between Bays - Provide and install a trench drain between existing and addition bays (drawings/specifications).
- 0010 Option 9: Concrete Parking - Replace gravel in CLIN 0001 with 8" reinforced concrete pavement on 10" aggregate base (civil drawings).
