Please mark your calendars for our 2nd FY24 Industry Forum, which will be held in person! The Agenda is in development and currently includes a Small Business briefing and acquisition updates. The Forum will be held at The Scott Event Center at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois and attendance is open to all contractor representatives. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Anyone planning to attend who does not have access to Scott AFB, is required to submit a visit request to the email below by 15 May 2024. The request must include the following information: Full name, Valid driver's license, and Date of birth. Due to the coordination and processes involved, visitor requests received after this date will likely not be approved.

Background
The USTRANSCOM IT Programs and Support Services Division is hosting the 3rd Qtr FY24 Industry Forum on June 3, 2024, at The Scott Event Center at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The forum aims to provide information and updates concerning upcoming acquisitions. The agenda includes opening comments, division updates, small business set-asides and command goals, acquisition updates, an industry and government panel, and social/networking sessions.

Work Details
The forum will include opening comments/guidelines, division updates including TCJ6 Support Branch updates and AMC Programs Update, small business set-asides covering criteria for making a set-aside strategy determination, partial set-asides, insufficient reasoning for not setting aside, small business prime contractor achieved goals calculation and monitoring, subcontracting goals relationship to the command’s SB prime contractor achieved goals. Acquisition updates will cover Third Party Payment System (TPPS), Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) Command & Staff Support Branch, Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES)/Transportation Visualizer (TransViz), Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR), DPS Technical Support Center (DTSC), MilMove, Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center (JDPAC), Enterprise Architecture, Data, and Engineering (EADE), Global Transportation Planning (GTP) and Groups Operational Passenger (GOPAX) Systems Operations and Sustainment.
