Please mark your calendars for our Winter FY26 Industry Forum, which will be held in person! The forum will be held at the Scott Event Center, located at 47 Ward Drive, Bldg 1560, Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225 and attendance is open to all contractor representatives. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Formal registration is not required, guests will be asked to sign-in upon entry to the event. Anyone planning to attend who does not have access to Scott AFB is required to submit a visit request to the email below by *February 13, 2026.* Due to the coordination process, visitor requests received after this date are not likely to be approved. See attachment "Scott Air Force Base Visitor Pass Request Instructions" below for details.

Background
The U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is hosting an Industry Forum for the IT Programs and Support Services Division. The forum aims to provide updates on acquisitions and offer a briefing for small businesses. It is open to all contractor representatives, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and communication between the agency and industry partners.

Work Details
The event will include a small business briefing and traditional acquisition updates. Attendance is open to all contractor representatives, but those without access to Scott Air Force Base (AFB) must submit a visitor pass request by January 9, 2026. The visitor pass request must include the full name, date of birth, and valid driver's license state and number for each attendee.

All visitors are required to have a state or federally issued photo identification card that complies with the Real ID Act. A background check will be conducted on all visitors, and any criminal history may result in denial of access. On the day of the event, attendees must present their driver's license along with their visitor pass at the gate to gain entry.
