Background
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Chaplain Directorate is seeking to conduct a 'Strong Family Structure' training event aimed at building relationship resiliency and strengthening military families. This initiative aligns with the principles of Integrated Resilience as outlined in Department of the Air Force Instruction 90-5001.

The event is designed for couples comprised of Uniformed Service-members and authorized Civilians, providing a private, retreat-like atmosphere conducive to personal growth. The training will take place at an off-base commercial hotel to minimize distractions from the military workplace.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing hotel lodging, meeting space, catered meals, parking, and audio-visual support for a 3-day, 2-night couples retreat scheduled from September 11 to September 13, 2026. Specific requirements include:
1. Lodging for 25 couples (25 total rooms) with hot breakfast and parking included.
2. A main ballroom/conference room capable of seating 50 participants comfortably in a round table arrangement.
3. Specified meal services including one lunch and one dinner with beverage refreshment.
4. Audio-visual equipment and support for the training sessions.
5. The venue must be located within the immediate Michigan Avenue corridor in downtown Chicago, ensuring optimal safety and accessibility.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three days and two nights from Friday, September 11, 2026, to Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place in or near the 'Magnificent Mile' area of Chicago, IL.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate capability to meet all specified requirements including lodging for 25 couples, meeting space provisions, meal services, and audio-visual support.
