Background
The U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is seeking to support the Enhanced Domain Awareness (EDA) Program through a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The goal of this contract is to provide strategic and technical support services to enhance the interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics of the EDA program. This initiative aims to modernize workflows and integrate advanced data management practices.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for developing, integrating, and sustaining a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability and mission-driven analytics. Key tasks include:

- Refining processes and technology for transitioning EDA into a distributed intelligence ecosystem.
- Ensuring compliance with DoD Data Strategy and CJCSI 6740.01 standards.
- Integrating structured and unstructured datasets.
- Optimizing data discoverability.
- Implementing Data Mesh principles.
- Utilizing knowledge graph-driven data discovery.
- Enhancing analytical capabilities through cloud-based solutions.

Specific roles include Cloud Web Developer, Cloud Security Engineer, Data Integration Specialist, Geospatial Solutions Architect, IAM Engineer, Security Compliance Analyst, Help Desk Lead, among others.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence with a Phase-In Period lasting 30 days starting from January 23, 2026. The overall contract period includes multiple task orders over several months or years as specified in individual work orders.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed both on-site and off-site as required by specific task orders.
