Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is issuing a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for innovative technology and agile acquisition under Call CSO002.
This initiative aims to solicit solutions that can enhance operational capabilities within the Special Operations Forces (SOF).
The focus is on obtaining unique technological solutions that align with the Areas of Interest (AOI) outlined in the attached document.

Work Details
Submissions must include a solution brief that does not exceed five pages or ten slides, detailing the following:
- Title Page: Company name, title, date, point of contact information.
- Executive Summary: A one-page summary of the technology being proposed.
- Technology Concept: Description of the unique aspects of the technology and its relevance to the AOI, including whether it involves a pilot or demonstration of existing commercial technology or development for potential applications.
- Company Viability: Overview of the company’s background, current fundraising status, gross sales or revenues, and commercialization strategy.
Evaluation criteria will include technical merit, relevancy to AOI, innovation, business viability, and affordability.
After evaluation, selected companies may be invited to pitch their solutions in person or provide additional information.
