Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking subject matter expertise and technology solutions for a Technical Experimentation Event. The event aims to develop content for augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) in the field and in near real time. The experimentation will involve capturing various items to produce 3D images, point clouds, models, and other digital content. The goal is to assess the difficulty of use, speed, media size, integration to human interface applications, and flexibility throughout the process from physical to digital and back to physical model via additive manufacturing.

Work Details
The work involves several tasks including the development of baselines using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, crowd sourcing technologies for real-time indications of activities/sentiment relevant to mission objectives, commercial data services for enhancing understanding of the environment, high-altitude sensing, advanced sensors for Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED), data transport capabilities, military information support operations (MISO) technologies, characterization of Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Data using AI/ML-enabled cognitive radios and processors, data processing with a focus on artificial intelligence for digital information processing and data integration across platforms,
FVEY/Partnered Common Operating Picture (COP) / Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) data sharing and interoperability, information common operating picture (COP), electronic warfare (EW) effects identification and classification tools, digital force protection standardization tools, identity and signature management toolset, information protection and security measures including network security and cross domain solutions for information transfer,
cyber effects tools such as vulnerability research and exploit development tools.
