Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking information related to the CBRN RDAX Dragon Spear 24 event. This initiative aims to enhance capabilities in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense through innovative technologies and methodologies.

The goal of this contract is to identify and evaluate new technologies that can address existing capability gaps and improve operational effectiveness for warfighters.

Work Details
Participants are required to provide detailed information on their technology, including a brief description of what it does. They must outline the objectives of their experiment, detailing the desired end state.

A comprehensive experiment plan must be submitted, including a Measurements/Data Collection Plan. Participants should list Measures of Performance/Effectiveness, identify any existing capability gaps that their technology addresses, and explain how their solution represents a new or improved capability for the warfighter.

Additional considerations include specifying environmental factors for inside or outside space usage, details about any unmanned aerial systems (UAS) involved, participant responsibilities, and potential safety issues related to explosives or hazardous materials.
