Description

This contract is a FFP base contract with two option periods. In accordance with DFARS 208.7402 and PGI 208.7403, USSOCOM is required to use the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) to fulfill this Enterprise Agreement (EA). Furthermore, the DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO) issued a memorandum on 9 August 2021 which required all DoD agencies to utilize either the DoD ESA BPA or DEOS BPA for any Microsoft software license requirements.This RFQ was issued against the DoD ESA BPA which is a single award with Dell Marketing, L.P. (Dell) (Large Business). The DoD ESA BPA was competed amongst Microsoft Licensed Service Providers and a single BPA was awarded to Dell.
