USSOCOM Identity Intelligence Operations (I2O) Facility

Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking to establish a facility to support Identity Intelligence Operations (I2O) services. The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive facility that includes a forensic laboratory, forensic software developers, and a 24/7 data production floor. This initiative is part of the Intelligence Directorate's mission and aims to complement existing SOCOM contracts focused on biometric and identity intelligence support, forensic examination, and real-time analytic responses for Special Operations Forces worldwide.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide an approximately 11,000 square foot facility that includes:
1. A dedicated Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) with separate Secret/Unclassified areas.
2. 106 cubicles to accommodate 145 personnel across four shifts for continuous operations.
3. Six dedicated offices within the TS/SCIF for government personnel overseeing daily mission requirements.
4. Facility requirements include:
- TS Area (approx. 5000 sq ft): 60 TS-Level workstations with multiple network drops, a server room, and executive office space.
- SECRET/Collateral Areas (approx. 4000 sq ft): Workstations, lab benches, server rooms, and conference facilities.
- UNCLASSIFIED Small Storage Room (approx. 500 sq ft).
5. IT/COMMS services including WAN links, satellite phones, cloud services, and server operations & maintenance.
6. Hardware requirements such as SOCOM SIE Network servers, forensic lab equipment, developer workstations, printers, and video display systems.
7. Establishment of cloud services for SOFEX-S IL-6 Red Net and DOMEX Dirty Net.
8. Unclassified network support to facilitate global data collection without association with .mil TLDs.
