USSF - Oracle Technical Refresh - MRAS

The United States Space Force (USSF), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is conducting market research to explore capabilities for a comprehensive technology refresh of Oracle Database instances and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating systems. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the security compliance, performance optimization, and compatibility with modern applications across the National Command and Control Center Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment Consolidated Command and Control System (NCMC-ITW/AA CCIC2S) and Launch Support Command and Control Enterprise (LS C2 Enterprise). The overarching goal is to ensure that these critical systems remain robust, secure, and efficient in supporting national defense operations.

The work requested involves a detailed assessment of current Oracle Database instances and RHEL operating systems utilized within the specified USSF environments.
