USSF - Lead, Develop, Care Prof Dev Workshop Course, Vandenburg AFB, CA - MRAS

The U.S. Space Force (USSF), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is seeking to conduct a comprehensive market research initiative aimed at identifying qualified vendors for a professional development workshop. This effort is part of the broader goal to enhance leadership capabilities within the Space Force, ensuring personnel are well-equipped to meet the challenges posed by Great Power Competition. The workshop, titled "Lead, Develop, Care," is scheduled to take place over four days at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

The scope of work involves organizing and executing two 8-hour training sessions throughout the week, each accommodating 30 participants, bringing the total number of trainees to 60. The contractor will be responsible for providing all course content and materials, as there is no standardized curriculum supplied by the government. The selected instructor should have prior experience working with military personnel and possess a deep understanding of leadership development tailored to address contemporary geopolitical challenges.

Travel logistics are an integral part of this contract; instructors will need to travel from their home location to Vandenberg Space Force Base via airfare and rental car, with all associated costs included in their proposal. Upon arrival on March 31st, instructors must coordinate with the designated point of contact at the base to ensure that all necessary equipment and facilities are prepared for use during the workshop sessions.

The evaluation criteria for awarding this contract will follow a best value approach in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. Factors such as price, curriculum quality, and past performance will be considered during vendor selection.
