Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the U.S. Space Force (USSF), is conducting market research to identify capabilities related to a new contract opportunity. The overarching goal of this initiative is to support the Headquarters Combat Forces Command (CFC) in their mission to generate, present, and sustain combat-ready intelligence, cyber, space, and combat support forces. This effort aligns with USSF's priorities in maintaining a fight-tonight force that operates with intelligence-led operations and cyber security at its core.

The scope of work involves providing non-personal services that bolster the CFC's Combat Force Enhancement (CFE) mission engineering and capability integration efforts. This includes supporting new and emerging missions and capabilities through comprehensive planning, programming, budgeting assistance, and offering subject matter expertise in financial analysis as part of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes. The contractor will deliver outputs such as information, advice, papers, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training architectures or services that complement the government's technical expertise.

This contract requires a high level of coordination and integration of activities necessary for executing these requirements effectively. The contractor is expected to manage timeliness and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction through professional conduct. Additionally, they must handle subcontractor management efficiently while maintaining ethical business relations throughout the contract duration.
