Background
The United States Space Force, specifically the Headquarters Combat Forces Command, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase and installation of Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV) at the Bayfield building located in Colorado Springs, CO. The goal of this contract is to enhance security through the integration of new CCTV systems that are compatible with existing AXIS cameras.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement and installation of CCTV equipment as detailed below:

- **Contract Line Items**:
- **CLIN 0001**: CCTV equipment - Quantity: 18 Each
- **CLIN 0002**: Installation - Quantity: 1 Each

The new CCTVs must integrate with the existing system and meet specific salient characteristics outlined in Attachment 1 – CCTVs Salient Characteristics and Attachment 2 – Statement of Work – Bayfield CCTV v1_20250915. The estimated delivery for this requirement is within 90 days after receipt of award (ARO).

Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete all work within a maximum of ninety (90) days, with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600 hours, excluding federal holidays.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Bayfield building located at 1110 Bayfield Dr, Colorado Springs, CO.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Bidders must comply with all solicitation requirements including technical specifications and provide documentation confirming that their proposed equipment meets the salient characteristics specified in the attachments.
