Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/ and/or Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N5005426Q0144. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2026-01 and the DFARS Change notice 20260507. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the USS STOUT DDG-55 GAS TURBINE EXHAUST DUCT FLANGE GASKET AND FASTENER (CMAV) that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts shall be new. No refurbished or used parts will be accepted.
Background
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is issuing this solicitation for the supply and delivery of parts required for the USS STOUT (DDG-55) Gas Turbine Exhaust Duct Flange Gasket and Fastener. The goal of this contract is to procure new parts, as refurbished or used parts will not be accepted, to support the maintenance and operational readiness of the USS STOUT.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply and deliver the following materials:
1. 32 EA - 1-1/2 INCH BOLT, Part # 53276-318, Drawing # DM 220-049
2. 32 EA - HEX NUT, Part # 53119-042, Drawing # DM 220-049
3. 32 EA - WASHER, Part # 52723-004, Drawing # DM 220-049
4. 1 EA - FLANGE 2 GASKET, Part # 52427-011, Drawing # DM 220-049
5. 580 EA - WASHER, Part # 53723-012, Drawing # DM 220-049.

All materials must comply with specifications outlined in work items 259-13-001 & 259-14-001.

Period of Performance
Required Date of Delivery: August 21, 2026 or best possible.

Place of Performance
Delivery shall be made to DLA Distribution Norfolk RMC PROJ, Bunker Hill Towaway Bldg. X136, Norfolk, VA 23511.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have Jot Certification Program (JCP) certification to handle/access DOD unclassified export controlled technical data. An approved DD2345 must be on file with JCP prior to receiving drawings from MARMC.
