Background
The USS MIGUEL KEITH (ESB 5) Mid-Term Availability (MTA) contract is issued by the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, Site Singapore. The contract aims to provide repair and maintenance services for the USS MIGUEL KEITH (ESB 5), ensuring the vessel's operational readiness. The goal is to accomplish necessary alterations, repairs, and maintenance within a specified timeframe and in compliance with military standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to prepare for and accomplish various work items as specified in the attached work item package. Key tasks include:

(a) Management, procurement, production, testing, quality assurance, and technical capability to fulfill repair requirements.
(b) Planning and scheduling for timely procurement of materials.
(c) Implementing progress measurement systems to track physical progress against planned performance.
(d) Establishing management procedures to identify schedule variances and implement corrective actions.
(e) Developing a performance milestone schedule/critical path chart.
(f) Applying quality control procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
(g) Maintaining configuration control of ship systems during repairs.
(h) Staging and storing Long Lead Time Material (LLTM).
(i) Complying with security requirements as outlined in DD Form 254.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 26, 2026, to December 10, 2026, with an option for additional work from December 11-26, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Thailand or Singapore.
