USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN 75) Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Advance Planning (AP)   2

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), on the behalf of In-Service Carriers (PMS 312), has awarded a sole source procurement for the USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN 75) Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Advance Planning (AP). The CVN 75 RCOH Advance Planning efforts will include: material forecasting; long lead-time material procurement; purchase order development; technical document and drawing development; scheduling; resources forecasting and planning; pre-overhaul tests and inspection; and limited industrial efforts to prepare and make ready for the accomplishment of the CVN 75 RCOH. Award N00024-24-C-2106 was executed to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, Newport News Shipbuilding, 4101 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607 on a sole-source basis.

The statutory authority for this sole source award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements.
