Starbucks has proprietary rights to the programming and recipes to their Espresso Machines, therefore can only be purchased through Starbucks through their manufacturer, Schaerer. The proposed contract action for a Coffee Art Touch It Espresso Machine. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a Coffee Art Touch It Espresso Machine in support of the USS George Washington. Only authorized dealers will be considered and must provide documentation that they are an authorized dealer.
