Background
The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk is issuing a Class Justification and Approval (J&A) for the award modifications under contract N3220526C1223 for the Regular Overhaul / Dry-Docking of the USS EMORY S. LAND (AS39). The contract was awarded to Vigor Marine, LLC for $73,424,356.37 based on adequate market research.
