Description

USS DEWEY (DDG-105) Chief of Naval Operation Availability (CNO): NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY)
has a new requirement in support of USS DEWEY (DDG-105) and US Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance
Center (SRF-JRMC). The work is composed of twenty-two (22) Task Group Instructions (TGIs) of various ship repair overhaul,
preservation, and replacement work on board the ship. Offers will be received until 08 JAN 2026, 10:00 AM (Please submit your proposal to "takayo.shiba.ln@us.navy.mil" in

Background
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) has issued a requirement for the USS DEWEY (DDG-105) Chief of Naval Operation Availability (CNO). This contract aims to support the repair and maintenance of the USS DEWEY, ensuring its operational readiness through various ship repair overhaul, preservation, and replacement tasks. The work will be conducted under the supervision of the U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC).

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform a comprehensive range of tasks as outlined in twenty-two (22) Task Group Instructions (TGIs). These tasks include:
1. Furnishing all necessary materials, support (such as electrical, crane, rigging), and facilities for ship repairs.
2. Management, technical support, procurement, production, testing, and quality assurance to complete repairs.
3. Compliance with applicable NAVSEA Standard Items (NSIs) and SRF-JRMC Local Standard Items (LSIs).
4. Coordination for Government Furnished Material (GFM) delivery and management.
5. Submission of an integrated production schedule detailing milestones such as work package execution reviews and completion dates.
6. Participation in meetings related to project planning and execution.
7. Identification of any additional repairs needed during contract performance not covered by existing work packages.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from March 30, 2026, to September 7, 2026.
