USS DEWEY (DDG-105) FY26 6C1 SRA Bundle# 4 (Yokosuka, Japan)

Background
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) has issued a solicitation for a new requirement in support of the USS DEWEY (DDG-105). The goal of this contract is to provide repair and maintenance services as outlined in the Task Group Instructions (TGIs) and associated work specifications. This solicitation is intended for sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as per DFARS regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing materials, support (including electrical, crane, rigging, etc.), and facilities necessary to accomplish repairs and maintenance for the USS DEWEY (DDG-105). Key tasks include:

1. Management, technical support, procurement, production, testing, and quality assurance to complete the repairs as specified in Attachment (I).

2. Compliance with applicable NAVSEA Standard Items (NSIs) and SRF-JRMC Local Standard Items (LSIs).

3. Coordination of Government Furnished Material (GFM) delivery and management upon receipt.

4. Submission of an Integrated Production Schedule covering all work requirements with milestones including Work Package Execution Review and Pre-Sea Trials requirements.

5. Identification of conditions found during contract performance that require corrective action, with timely notification to the Government.

6. Participation in meetings related to project planning and execution.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Naval Base.
