USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC19) 5C1 CNO DSRA TYCOM BUNDLE 2 (Yokosuka, Japan)

Background
The solicitation is issued by the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) for the repair and maintenance of the USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19). This contract aims to support the operational readiness of the vessel through necessary repairs and alterations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Navy standards. The work is intended for contractors authorized to operate in Japan, as specified by regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall accomplish the work specification package requirements listed in ATTACHMENT (I) of Section J onboard USS BLUE RIDGE LCC-19 during FY26 Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) 5C1. The contractor is required to submit an itemized breakdown of the total price proposal using ATTACHMENT II Price Proposal Breakdown Sheet provided in Section J. The work includes but is not limited to:

1. Providing all necessary materials, support, and facilities for repairs.
2. Conducting inspections and tests as per NAVSEA Standard Items.
3. Managing Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Contractor Furnished Material (CFM).
4. Attending project meetings and supporting Integrated Project Team Development activities.
5. Submitting Condition Found Reports (CFRs) for any additional work identified during contract performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 12, 2026, through December 13, 2027.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka Naval Base.
