Description

The contract action was not awarded competitively. The Human Capital Development (HCD) function requested a noncompetitive purchase request (NPR) contract be awarded to Management Concepts under the basis of Superior Performance. The purpose of this NPR request was to purchase the professional services of Management Concepts to deliver the Executive Foundations program, Executive Leadership program and Executive Coaching services to HCD's newly appointed and existing executives.
