Description

Prepare for and accomplish the mid-term availability of the USNS SUPPLY (T-AOE 6) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package. The anticipated period of performance is June 3, 2024 to August 17, 2024. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor's facility. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be East or Gulf Coast.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.

The solicitation will be made available on or about November 6, 2023 through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module. https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml

To obtain access to the work item package and government furnished information technical data, complete and return the attached non-disclosure agreement to the point of contact of this announcement.

The decision to solicit as a total small business set-aside was made from market research. There is an expectation of receiving proposals from two or more small businesses.

Work Details
The work item package includes the use and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for government technical data related to USNS SUPPLY (T-AOE 6). The Offeror is required to comply with various terms and conditions outlined in the NDA, including restrictions on dissemination, compliance with export controls, establishing organizational controls for data access, and returning or destroying the data upon completion of the work.
The Offeror must also identify vendor(s)/subcontractor(s) and provide their contact information for signing the flow-down NDA.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from June 3, 2024, to August 17, 2024.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility, located on the East or Gulf Coast due to operational and national security availability considerations.
