Background
The contract is issued for the USNS Voyage Repair in Malaga, Spain, specifically for the USNS Supply FY25. The mission of this contract is to provide necessary repairs and maintenance to the USNS Supply during its voyage, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with U.S. Navy standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing voyage repair services on the USNS Supply. This includes but is not limited to:

1) Utilizing technical data provided under a Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which restricts the use, modification, reproduction, release, performance, display, or disclosure of such data without express written permission.

2) Implementing operating procedures and physical security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized release or disclosure.

3) Accepting all data 'as is' without any government representation regarding its suitability for intended use.

4) Ensuring that no personnel involved in the project are debarred or ineligible to perform on U.S. government contracts or have violated U.S. export control laws.

5) Indemnifying the government against any claims related to misuse or unauthorized handling of the data received.

6) Complying with U.S. laws and regulations regarding data handling, especially for non-U.S. companies.
