Usns Robert F. Kennedy Evaporator Parts

Background
This procurement is for parts necessary for the installation of the USNS Robert F. Kennedy's evaporator during its FY25 Post Shakedown Availability (PSA). The goal of this contract is to ensure that the required parts meet the specifications necessary for the successful operation of the evaporator system on the vessel.

Work Details
The contract requires that all quoted parts match the specifications listed in the requirements schedule. The quote must include a description of each item, including part numbers and titles, to verify compliance with solicitation requirements.

The evaluation criteria for quotes will include:
(i) technical capability of the item quoted to meet requirements;
(ii) price. Award will be made to a vendor providing a technically acceptable quote at a fair and reasonable price, specifically mentioning W&O SUPPLY INC as a brand name vendor.

The quote submission package must include:
1. Price quote identifying requested items, unit price inclusive of shipping, and extended price;
2. Total Firm Fixed price;
3. Any Discount Terms;
4. Estimated time of delivery;
5. Technical Submission Requirements.

Place of Performance
The principal place of performance and country of product origin must be indicated in the quote.
