Usns Rapphannock Civmar Lodging - Guam   2

Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is issuing this solicitation for lodging services for the crew members of the USNS Rappahannock in Guam. The goal of this contract is to provide adequate accommodations for the crew during their deployment, ensuring they have access to necessary amenities and services. This requirement is set aside for total small businesses, with a focus on providing a firm-fixed-price quote for the specified lodging services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide lodging services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The requirements include:

1. Base Period Lodging Services: 2,717 nights from December 21, 2024, to March 18, 2025.

2. Option Periods: Eight additional options for lodging services, each consisting of 310 nights over various periods from March 18, 2025, to June 6, 2025.

3. Minimum Hotel Requirements: Individual rooms with in-room sanitary facilities including bed, bedding, heating/air conditioning, lighting, hot and cold water, linens and toiletries.

4. Dining Facilities: A full-service restaurant serving three meals daily or a list of nearby restaurants.

5. Laundry Services: Onsite self-service washers and dryers or nearby laundry facilities.

6. Safety and Health Standards: Security policies at check-in, operational smoke detectors, fire safety measures, pest control, and cleanliness standards must be maintained throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on December 21, 2024, and continues through March 18, 2025, with options extending through June 6, 2025.
