Background
The USNS Oscar V. Peterson (T-AO 206) is under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy and serves as a fleet replenishment oiler. The contract aims to provide access to technical data and computer software related to the vessel, ensuring compliance with specific Department of Defense directives regarding the handling of sensitive information.

Work Details
The Offeror agrees to:

(1) Have a corporate principal responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of the NDA.

(2) Use the Data only in preparation of their proposal in response to solicitation N3220525R6012 and, if awarded, in performance of the resulting contract.

(3) Comply with restrictions on dissemination set forth in the Distribution Statement.

(4) Adhere to all export controls and regulations applicable to the Data.

(5) Establish organizational controls to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Data, subject to audit and inspection.

(6) Not copy, release, or distribute Data without authorization.

(7) Identify vendors/subcontractors and provide contact information for corporate principals who will sign flow-down NDAs.

(8) Ensure third-party disclosures are also covered by similar NDAs.

(9) Return or destroy Data upon notice of award or completion of work, certifying destruction within 30 days if applicable.

(10) Assist in recovery efforts for any unauthorized disclosures and reimburse costs incurred due to such breaches.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be defined upon award of the contract.
