Please see the attached Revised Sources Sought for the USNS MERCY FY25 MTA with Dry-Docking Requirement . The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached for ease to ensure a timely delivery of package documents upon release of solicitation.

Background
The Military Sealift Command Norfolk has a requirement for the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) for a Mid-Term Availability (MTA) with a dry-docking requirement.

This contract is aimed at ensuring the operational readiness of the vessel, which is part of the U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command, responsible for providing sealift and ocean transportation for all military services.

Work Details
The scope of work includes various general services for the ship and specific repair tasks.
