Background
The Military Sealift Command Norfolk has a requirement for the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) for a Mid-Term Availability (MTA) with a dry-docking requirement.

This contract is aimed at ensuring the operational readiness of the vessel, which is part of the U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command, responsible for providing sealift and ocean transportation for all military services.

- Anti-Roll Tank Blast and Coat
- Anti-Roll Tank Structural Repairs
- Seawater Ballast Tank No. 4 Blast and Coat
- Seawater Ballast Tank 4C Structural Repairs
- Drydocking And Undocking the Vessel.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on/about August 15, 2025, for a duration of 122 days.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at a Contractor’s facility located on the West Coast.
