Background
This procurement is a sole source requirement to Kato Engineering for servicing the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) onboard the USNS MATTHEW PERRY.

The Military Sealift Command is responsible for this contract, which aims to ensure the operational readiness of the vessel's power systems.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide servicing for the EDG on the USNS MATTHEW PERRY. This includes:
1. Providing all parts that are new unless otherwise specified.
2. Ensuring that shipments are consolidated as much as possible on a ship-by-ship basis.
3. Marking each package with specific shipping information.
4. Allowing partial shipments if necessary.
5. Including a detailed quote with total costs, estimated delivery dates, and any applicable import information.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed onboard the USNS MATTHEW PERRY.
