USNS LARAMIE (T-AO 203) FY 2025 Mid-Term Availability (MTA)   5

Background
The USNS LARAMIE (T-AO 203) is undergoing its FY 2025 Mid-Term Availability (MTA). The contract is issued to ensure that technical data and computer software related to the vessel are handled in compliance with specific Department of Defense regulations.
The goal of the contract is to facilitate access to this data while ensuring its protection and proper use by the Offeror.

Work Details
The Offeror agrees to:
(1) Have a corporate principal responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of the NDA.
(2) Use the Data only in the preparation of the Offeror’s proposal in response to solicitation N3220525R4146 and, if awarded, in the performance of the resulting contract.
(3) Comply with restrictions on dissemination set forth in the Distribution Statement.
(4) Comply with all export controls and regulations applicable to the Data.
(5) Establish organizational controls designed to control access to the Data and prevent unauthorized disclosure, subject to audit and inspection.
(6) Not copy, release, reproduce, duplicate, transmit, distribute, or otherwise make the Data available to unauthorized persons unless authorized in writing.
(7) Identify vendors/subcontractors by name and address and provide contact information for their corporate principals who will sign a flow-down NDA.
(8) Ensure that any disclosure of Data to third parties or subcontractors is subject to a similar Non-Disclosure Agreement executed by a Corporate Principal.
(9) Return or destroy all Data upon notice of award or completion of work, certifying destruction within 30 days as applicable.
(10) Cooperate in efforts to recover or destroy improperly released information and reimburse for any costs incurred due to unauthorized disclosures.
