F22 ROH/DD for USNS JOHN LENTHALL (T-AO 189) See Attached Solicitation N3220521R4009

Background
The solicitation is for the USNS JOHN LENTHALL FY22 Regular Overhaul/Dry-Docking (ROH/DD). The work involves preparing for and accomplishing the VR, overhaul, or alterations of the USNS JOHN LENTHALL (T-AO 189) as specified in the attached WI package. The work shall be performed at the contractor’s shipyard.

Work Details
The work includes various tasks such as preparing for and accomplishing the ROH/DD of the USNS JOHN LENTHALL, physical security at a private contractor's facility, continuation of services, vessel final cleaning, structural steel repairs, miscellaneous piping replacement, docking and undocking, and shaft alignment and bearing reaction checks. Additionally, it involves providing necessary management, procurement, production, testing, technical capability and resources, quality assurance services, using progress measurement systems to determine physical progress of completed work, developing a performance milestone schedule/critical path chart to measure scheduled performance, using approved quality control procedures to ensure procured material and performed production work conforms to required quality standards, ensuring ship's equipment and systems remain configured to existing baselines with regard to procured material, production work, and software.
