Background
The Military Sealift Command has a requirement for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the USNS GUAM. The contractor is expected to operate and maintain the vessel to support assigned missions, ensuring it is operated in a professional manner and maintained in good operable condition at all times. The contractor is also required to possess and maintain a SECRET facilities clearance and employ personnel with SECRET security clearances.

Work Details
The contract requires the contractor to operate the vessel and related systems and equipment in compliance with all relevant laws, terms of the contract, United States Coast Guard (USCG), and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) rules and regulations. This includes maintaining a valid USCG Certificate of Inspection and ABS Classifications at all times. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is on or about 5 July 2023 with an estimated closing date of 18 August 2023.
