USNS GUADALUPE (T-AO 200) ROH/DD   3

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for proposal/bid/quotation and no contract will be awarded from this notice. Military Sealift Command (MSC) has a requirement for the upcoming Regular Overhaul/Dry Docking (ROH/DD) on the USNS GUADALUPE (T-AO 200). The period of performance for this requirement is on or about 02 June 2020 for sixty (60) calendar days. The USNS GUADALUPE has a length of 677.5 ft. and beam of 97.5 ft., an anticipated arrival draft of 20 ft. FWD and 27 ft. AFT not including a minimum draft clearance of three (3) feet beneath the keel at mean lower low water (MLLW) (tide ranges may be considered), and is 20,706 tons' gross. Area of consideration is West Coast.

Major work items associated with this availability include: Intermediate ABS Survey, Underway Replenishment (UNREP) Station Foundation Renewals, Sideshell Renewal, Cargo Tank and Ballast Tank Preservation, Frames 50-60 Tank Deck Preservation (Includes all areas), Flight Deck Preservation, Main Engine Resilient Mounts Replacement, New Lifeboat Installation (Includes Lifeboat Davit Modifications), Lifeboat Davit Arm and Falls Removal/Renewal, Hull/Freeboard Cleaning/Preservation, Shaft Alignment and Bearing Checks, and Cargo Boom Quadrennial.

The estimated issue date for this solicitation is on or about 13 January 2020, with an estimated closing date on or about 18 February 2020. Upon issuance, the solicitation and supporting documentation will be posted and be found on beta.SAM (https://beta.sam.gov) under solicitation number N32205-20-R-4005.

This requirement will be solicited under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation in response to the solicitation which shall b considered by the agency. Additionally, all responses must provide a DUN & Bradstreet Number and a Cage Code.

The appropriate NAICS Code is 336611. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from this potential source as a result of this synopsis.
