Background
The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk is issuing a Class Justification and Approval (J&A) for the award modifications under contract N3220526Cl220 for the Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking of the USNS CODY (T-EPF 14). This action is necessary to incorporate work items needed to comply with regulatory requirements set forth by the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and American Bureau of Shipping.

Work Details
