Background
The solicitation is issued by the Military Sealift Command (MSC) for the technical services required to replace the Video Management Servers VMS1 and VMS2 and upgrade to the new Ocularis system on board the USNS CHOCTAW COUNTY. The period of performance is anticipated to begin on 20 September 2023 and end on 30 October 2023. The contract is a firm-fixed price purchase order.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish labor and use Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) parts to replace the Video Management System VMS1 and VMS2 and upgrade to the new Ocularis System with the version currently installed on EPF-13. This includes replacing VMS 1 & 2, RMS, 7 client laptops, Wireless Access Points, Wireless LAN Controller, Wireless PBX, and all software required for the upgrade. The contractor must also clean and inspect all cameras currently installed on EPF-2 and ensure they are operating properly with the newly installed upgrade.
Additionally, they are responsible for performing a full comprehensive test and inspection of the JSCE system and JRSS system to ensure proper functioning after the upgrade. Upon completion of the upgrade service, the contractor shall provide on-site crew training designated by Ship’s Master on the JRSS/JSCE and JWICS systems.
