Description

USNS BIG HORN FY26 Deactivation, see attached

Background
The USNS BIG HORN (T-AO 198) is undergoing deactivation as part of a procurement initiative by the agency. The goal of this contract is to prepare for and accomplish the deactivation process, ensuring compliance with operational and national security requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following major work items associated with the deactivation of the USNS BIG HORN:
