USNORTHCOM MURAL DISPLAY-Pentagon

Background
The NORAD & USNORTHCOM (N&NC) Washington Operations Center (WOC) has a requirement for the design, fabrication, and installation of a new legacy mural display. This display will be located in a corridor at the Pentagon, Washington D.C., and is intended to match the artistic quality and style of existing displays in the Combatant Command legacy corridor. The contract is issued by the Department of the Air Force, United States Space Force, Headquarters Combat Forces Command.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to design, fabricate, and install a custom mural display. Specific tasks include:

1. Design: Collaborate with designated representatives from U.S. Northern Command's Public Affairs and Historian teams to develop the final artistic content and design of the mural.

2. Project management and site visits are required.

3. Design and detailing of structure and graphics must be provided.

4. Detail drawings must be submitted to the Pentagon Corridor Committee and Fire Marshal for approval.

The mural dimensions are approximately 12'6" w x 60" h x 3" d with an aluminum extrusion perimeter framing and a ¾" thick fire-rated background panel.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is 120 calendar days after contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Pentagon, Washington D.C.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar projects through previous scope of work examples or photographs.
