USMC - Training Analysis & Evaluation - MRAS

The United States Marine Corps (USMC), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is conducting market research to identify capable contractors for a forthcoming project focused on Training Analysis and Evaluation. The primary aim of this initiative is to enhance the development and testing of training devices that support both current and emerging training needs within the Marine Corps. This effort aligns with broader goals of ensuring that the USMC's training systems are effective, efficient, and adaptable to evolving defense requirements.

The work requested involves a comprehensive analysis conducted under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract framework. The selected Program Manager for Training Systems will be tasked with executing various analysis efforts, which include research, data collection, interpretation, reporting, planning, and briefing activities. These tasks are essential for supporting Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E), as well as Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities related to USMC training systems.

Contractors interested in participating in this initiative will need to demonstrate their capability to perform all required services as outlined in the Draft Requirements Document. This includes showcasing previous experience or similar work completed in related fields. Furthermore, companies should assess their ability to provide these services independently or determine the extent of subcontracting necessary to fulfill the contract requirements effectively.
