Background
Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Plans, Policies and Operations (PP&O), Operations (PO) is seeking Mission Assurance (MA) Program support. PP&O, PO is responsible for supporting the safeguarding of personnel, property, and resources during all phases of operations in coordination with the Marine Corps’ MA Program, designed to deter, detect, delay, deny, or defend against the pre-attack planning cycle, enhance protection responsibilities for Marine Corps’ elements and personnel. The Marine Corps’ MA Assessment (MAA) program provides protection related risks to personnel and infrastructure from acts of terrorism and destructive or potentially destructive events.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide MAA Program support in 16 Task Areas including Antiterrorism Program Support, Physical Security Program Support, Law Enforcement Support, Critical Infrastructure Program & Mission Analytical Support, Hazard & Threat Assessment Development Support, Emergency Management & CBRNE Program Analytical Support, Transportation, Port and Airfield Program Support, Communications Support, ICS Cybersecurity Support,
Engineering (CE/ME/EE) Support,
MA Program Support,
Technical Writing Support,
Geographic Information System Analysis Support,
CAMS Data Entry and Training Support,
Policy & Planning Support,
and Program Management Support.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period of 12 months for each task area with options for additional periods. The performance period for each task area is from 01-AUG-2024 to 31-JUL-2025.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at various destinations as specified for each task area.
