Background
The USMC Antiterrorism Program is designed to deter, detect, delay, deny, or defend against acts of terrorism and destructive events. The program aims to enhance protection and AT awareness and assign AT responsibilities for Marine Corps elements and personnel. The essential elements of the program include risk management, planning, training and exercises, resource application, and comprehensive program review.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a multi-faceted, comprehensive AT program that includes an all-hazard, Mission Assurance (MA) approach. Tasks include Information Sharing/Information Fusion (ISIF) and Intel Analytical Support, Threat Information Sharing - Indications and Warnings, ATO Level II Course support, ATO Level II Advanced Course support, and Analytical Gap Analysis Support.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from 01-NOV-2025 to 30-APR-2026 for the base period with additional option periods.

Place of Performance
Performance shall take place at various locations including the Contractor’s facility, Russell-Knox Building in Quantico VA for the MTAC LNO, Marine Corps Base Quantico for Insider threat and threat fusion cell support, and on all Marine Corps installations where training takes place both CONUS and OCONUS.
