Background
The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) is planning to replace its current WIFI infrastructure across all campuses to establish a secure, reliable, and scalable WIFI network that supports the Museum's business operations, guests, and visitors.

This solicitation aims to procure HPE/Aruba WIFI equipment and/or installation services from qualified HPE/Aruba certified resellers on a best-value basis.

Work Details
The Offeror’s proposed solution must include:
1. All necessary hardware and software for implementing the WIFI solution.
2. Proper mounting brackets or accessories for installation of access points and switches in various locations.
3. A minimum of one year of expert-level support and maintenance from the Offeror or manufacturer, with options for annual renewal.
4. A site survey across the main Museum campuses to identify WIFI coverage areas and specify installation locations for access points.

The technical requirements include: Access Points that support various wireless LAN standards (preferably WiFi 6), have future compatibility, multi-Gbps Ethernet ports, MIMO radio support, automatic frequency channel optimization, built-in interference mitigation, FCC certification, and paintable designs.

Aggregation POE Switches must have sufficient Power-over-Ethernet capacity, dual power supplies, dual uplink ports with high bandwidth capacity, compatible transceivers, and stackable architecture for scalability.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various facilities of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
