Ushio Heater Bulbs

Background
The NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) has designed a large-scale heater for an upcoming ground test effort and is looking to procure specified commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) quartz-tungsten-halogen (QTH) lamps for use in the heater.

The goal of this contract is to allow for integration and testing of the heater as part of the overall test setup design being formulated by NASA AFRC.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver the following quantities of COTS quartz-tungsten-halogen (QTH) lamps:
- Part Number QIH-240-1000/ZD: 265 units
- Part Number QIH-240-500/ZD: 350 units

The contractor must complete delivery within a maximum of 14 weeks after contract award. Additionally, contractors are required to provide NASA with shipping information two days in advance of the QTH lamp delivery to coordinate logistics.

Edwards, CA 93524.

Higher-Level Quality Requirements include ISO 9001 certification and a Certificate of Conformance is required.

Period of Performance
Delivery is requested within a maximum of 14 weeks after contract award.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is set aside for Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must be authorized distributors or OEMs for Ushio products. Compliance with higher-level quality requirements such as ISO 9001 and provision of a Certificate of Conformance are mandatory.
