Background
The USDA Forest Service (FS), Job Corps, has a requirement for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) for facilities construction and maintenance for Job Corps Center located in the states NE, CO, UT, SD. The IDIQ contracts will have a shared ceiling of $5 Million and an ordering period of five (5) years from the effective date of the award or when the ceiling of $5 Million is reached, whichever comes first.

Work Details
The task order work under this Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract includes general building and associated site work. The contractor is responsible for performing multi-disciplinary new construction, historic renovation, repair/remodeling/rehabilitation, remediation and/or demolition work using trade workers. The work may include ancillary work such as site work, drainage, utility systems, painting, repair and/or replacement of various structures and systems. The projects may also include construction surveying and staking, clearing & grubbing, locating & mapping underground utilities locations, excavation, borrow, topsoil, concrete, asphalt, and culvert pipes.

Period of Performance
The ordering period of the IDIQ contracts will be five (5) years from the effective date of the award or when the ceiling of $5 Million is reached.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will take place at Job Corp Centers in Pine Ridge Job Corps – Chadron, NE; Boxelder Job Corps Center - Nemo, SD; Collbran Job corps Center – Collbran, CO; Weber Basin Job Corps Center – Ogden, UT. Work may also be at any USFS Job Corp Center.
